Not much planning being done at this point as 131W invariably changes the first published launch date. The cost of these ships (dollars, not lives) is now over $1 billion dollars each. Information available indicates that 250.000 from NYC alone will be participating. Maine peace and social justice community will be putting together some type of transportation
