The University of Southern Maine’s Multicultural Student Association, the Office of USM Interfaith Chaplain, and the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs invite you to a reception to mark the end of Ramadan.

The Eid Celebration, as it is known in the Islamic world, is a time for families and friends to gather to break bread and celebrate the end of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The reception will be held at the USM Woodbury Campus Center, Portland campus, on Thursday, October 2, 5-7 pm.

This community reception is co-sponsored by the Portland chapter of NAACP and the USM Academic Council for Jewish, Christian and Islamic Studies, and the USM Muslim Chaplaincy.
