Call for volunteers for Common Ground Fair

Coming on September 23, 24, & 25, 2005: the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA) will transform its year-round educational center in Unity, Maine into the Common Ground Country Fair, a celebration of rural, sustainable living.

Peace Action Maine runs two award-winning booths throughout the weekend ­ our famous "Give Peas A Chance" pea soup booth and our booth in the Social/Political Action area.

We need 70 volunteers for the weekend. Shifts generally run four hours and a limited number of tickets to the Fair are available. (If you're a MOFGA member, you get in for free.)
