The call for this action wasfrom jacqui deveneau: " I suggest that this happens all over Maine, in Portland we will meet at the corners of High and Congress St where Congress Square Park is at 12PM ET to stand in solidarity around the globe against War! "Please bring signs and things to make noise with. [pots with metal or wooden spoons are good as well as bells] This is not a hate rally, please remember that it was not the Russian people who have made this call to War and many are putting their lives on the line to stand for Peace in their streets which is against the law.
