Peace Action Maine has played an important role in launching a petition that has brought us as far as COP26, now let's take VFP's lead for a next step: ask your Member of Congress to cosponsor resolution 767: tell the DoD to report and reduce CO2 emissions! A big thank you to both speakers.

Reverend Richard Killmer, an official observer at COP26, will give the history of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. He will give his understanding of what happened at COP26. What were the successes? What were the disappointments? Having attended 5 COPs, he will have much to share with our community about Climate Justice and making peace with the earth.
