Luke Sekera speaks at a local TEDxCome meet Luke Sekera, water justice activist and hear his story, learn about his struggles against Poland Spring Nestle in his community, within our state of Maine.

Water Justice's Luke Sekera first gave testimony in front of the Public Utility Commission of Maine against negotiating a long term contract between Nestle and his town's water supplier, when he was 8 years old. He delivered over 130,000 signatures to the Governor's office asking protection from Nestle's take over of Maine's water. He asked Mainers to not drink Nestle's bottled water (Poland Springs) during a Rally for the Common Good. He spoke recently at a TED water justice talk. You can join Peace Action Maine, hear an update from him at the upcoming Common Ground Country Fair on Sunday September 23rd at 10 a.m. The title of his talk: WATER JUSTICE: DRINK LOCALLY, THINK GLOBALLY.
