11:00–11:30 AM:Weekly Open Mic (happens every Saturday) •
11:30 AM–12:00 PM: Live music by The Ideal Maine Band •
12:00 PM-1:00 PM No Kings Rally. 1:00 onwards: March through Old Port (permit from Portland granted) afterwards. Dress for cold Maine spring weather!

The flagship rally in St. Paul - Twin Cities, MN will be livestreamed on FSTV, Sen. Bernie Sanders, Fonda,  Springsteen, and many more starting 3 PM ET.

Peace Action Maine will be participating at the Back from the Brink No Kings / No Nukes table. This is a powerful opportunity to spark conversations and remind people that the threat posed by nuclear weapons is real and urgent, we call for a safer world. Come say hello!

 March 28 is the coincidental anniversary date of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant (#2) meltdown. Deadly radiation and mass evacuations from that March 28, 1979, nuclear power meltdown in Pennsylvania alerted the US and the world to just some of the lethal consequences of nuclear energy. Now federal and state governments are pressing “new” nuclear power onto the American public. • NO KINGS DAY MARCH 28 Let’s all carry signs to raise this issue: • NO KINGS! NO NUKES!
